Process Description

The treatment process for the biomass boiler dust collector is designed to handle the flue gas generated during the operation of each boiler separately. The flue gas and dust produced by the boiler enter the cyclone dust collector through the dust extraction duct. At this stage, large particles in the flue gas are separated by centrifugal force within the cyclone collector and discharged. The fine dust particles then enter the baghouse dust collector. After being filtered through the filter bags, the dust adhering to the bag surfaces is dislodged by pulse jet cleaning and collected in the hopper of the dust collector, where it is recovered or utilized via a discharge control device. The purified gas from the baghouse dust collector is discharged into the atmosphere through the stack by the induced draft fan. By treating the dust-laden flue gas from the boiler with the baghouse dust collector, the impact of smoke and dust on the surrounding environment is reduced, achieving clean production objectives.

Design Principles for Biomass Boiler Dust Collector

1. The design and selection of dust collection equipment shall follow the principles of proven technology, reliable performance, and economic practicality.

2. The selected dust collector shall have a reasonable, practical, and reliable design, featuring stable operation, low resistance, low energy consumption, good cleaning effectiveness, and a small footprint.

3. The design shall achieve low investment and low operating costs.

Design Requirements

1. The applicable emission standard is the Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard (DB44/765-2010). This standard specifies that the maximum allowable concentration of particulate matter (other) at the boundary of the facility is 30 mg/m³.

2. Noise levels shall comply with the Machinery Equipment Noise Standard and the Industrial Enterprise Factory Boundary Noise Standard.

3. The dust capture rate shall meet or exceed 95%.
