The small boiler baghouse dust collector offers advantages such as a small footprint, sufficient air handling capacity for most operating conditions, and low operating and maintenance costs.
The small boiler baghouse dust collector is a dust collector designed for installation on small boilers. It consists of a collector housing installed at the smoke outlet, an inlet pipe at the bottom of the housing, and an exhaust gas outlet pipe at the top. Its distinguishing feature is an inclined smoke baffle plate installed inside the housing. An exhaust pipe connected to the bottom of the housing is also installed, which connects to a dust collector. This dust collector is designed in either vertical or horizontal configuration, with internal baffle plates designed as fan-shaped or straight plates accordingly. The device features a reasonable structure, easy installation, low dust collection resistance, high efficiency, and performance superior to cyclone dust collectors. Smoke and dust emissions meet relevant standards, making it suitable for installation and use on small boilers.
Dust-laden flue gas enters the carbon steel dust collector through the flue gas inlet. The dust is sprayed on the internal surfaces and undergoes centrifugal separation and purification within the collector. After purification, the treated flue gas rises spirally through the inner pipe of the collector and is discharged through the flue gas guiding system. This equipment is an energy-saving dust purification device.
Compact Size: Small footprint, effectively saving installation space.
High Purification Efficiency: Achieves over 99% purification efficiency for dust particles with diameters of submicron and above.
Reasonable Structure: Simple maintenance and repair, low cost.
Wide Application: Suitable for flue gas treatment on various small boilers in woodworking plants, plywood plants, small chemical plants, and other facilities.
