Can the iron remover be put into production immediately after installation?

Iron removers can be used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, thermal power generation, chemical, and building materials. They play a role in recovering magnetic materials and protecting grinding mills, crushers, and other machinery from damage and wear. During long-term operation, regular maintenance and servicing are recommended to ensure safe use.

Additionally, installation should be carried out by qualified personnel. After installation, it is not recommended to start production immediately. The following items should be checked first:

• Whether the installation height of the iron remover is correct

• Whether the suspension device is secure

• Whether the locking clips are fastened

• Whether the voltage is normal

• Whether the insulation is in good condition

• Whether the iron remover and control cabinet are properly grounded

• Whether the electrical components in the control cabinet are in good condition

• Whether the terminal connections are secure

After the above checks are completed, conduct a trial run to confirm whether the traveling trolley operates normally and in the correct direction. Only after everything is confirmed to be normal can the equipment be put into service.
