The non-ferrous metal separator (eddy current separator) is available in both concentric and eccentric configurations. Its structure consists of an outer drum, an internal magnetic rotor, a magnetic rotor drive motor, an outer drum drive motor, and a seamless环形一体皮带 (integrated endless belt). When the equipment is started, the internal magnetic rotor rotates at high speed. Conductors (non-ferrous metals) within the material generate induced currents in the high-frequency alternating magnetic field. The magnetic field produced by these induced currents opposes the original magnetic field, generating a strong repulsive force that instantly ejects the non-ferrous metals from the material stream, achieving separation.
