Technical Features

• The eddy current separator features a simple structure, high separation efficiency, reliable operation, and long service life.

• The magnetic system adopts an alternating NN/SS pole arrangement and uses high-performance NdFeB as the magnetic material, providing higher magnetic field intensity, a large field gradient, and excellent separation performance.

• The rotation speed of the magnetic rotor and the belt speed of the separation conveyor can be adjusted via a variable frequency drive according to factors such as material size and conductivity. Together with the adjustment of the splitter plate position, this enables the separation of various materials for optimal results.

• The equipment offers simple operation and a high degree of automation. It is equipped with fault alarms, fault indicators, and automatic start/stop functions in the event of a fault, allowing timely equipment protection and maintenance.
