Product Overview

The fiber glass baghouse dust collector can operate stably and reliably for extended periods under flue gas conditions with high dust concentrations at temperatures up to 260°C, maintaining a collection efficiency of over 99.9%. It is available in both positive-pressure and negative-pressure configurations, uses automatic bag-shrinking cleaning, and is equipped with a microprocessor-based control device. Both timed and resistance-based cleaning are available. Maintenance can be performed without shutting down the system, ensuring uninterrupted production. The CXS series fiber glass baghouse dust collector is widely used for purifying industrial waste gases in cement, power, metallurgy, carbon black, and other industries.

The fiber glass baghouse dust collector is a dry-type filtration device. It adopts microcomputer control, compartment reverse-air blowing, timed/resistance-based cleaning, temperature detection and display, and other measures, enabling stable and reliable operation in vertical kiln exhaust gas treatment.


Structural Components

The basic structure of the fiber glass baghouse dust collector consists of three main parts:

(1) Air Intake, Exhaust, and Reverse-Air System: Includes intake duct, intake chamber, reverse-air valve, reverse-air pipe, three-way pipe, exhaust valve, and exhaust pipe.

(2) Bag Chamber Structure: Includes hopper, access door, main frame, upper and lower tube sheets, filter bags, and bag chamber.

(3) Dust Discharge System: Includes discharge valve and screw conveyor.
