Product Overview

The YS self-contained baghouse dust collector is specifically designed for dust collection at cement plant silo tops, silo bottoms, belt conveyors, and local dust sources. It can also be used for local dust collection in other industries. This equipment offers advantages such as small size, large air handling capacity, compact structure, and reliable, convenient operation. Dust collected by the dust collector can be discharged directly into the silo or directly onto the conveyor belt.

Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the lower section. After being filtered through the filter bags, clean air is discharged by the induced draft fan. After the dust collector has been in operation for a certain period, dust accumulates on the filter bags, increasing the resistance of the filter bags and requiring cleaning. After cleaning is completed, the dust collector returns to normal operation.
