CFLT Series Electromagnetic Pulley – Description

The CFLT series electromagnetic pulley (same as the CFDL series electromagnetic pulley) is a rotating DC electromagnetic iron removal device. It is designed to be used as the head pulley with TD-75 and AD-80 series general belt conveyors, offering continuous and automatic iron removal with deep magnetic field penetration, strong magnetic force, and economical practicality.

The CFLT series electromagnetic pulley is used in belt conveyor systems as a replacement for the drive pulley or tail pulley. It automatically separates ferromagnetic materials mixed with non-magnetic materials on the conveyor belt. It is widely used in industries such as foundry, building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical, power generation, and grain processing.
