RCDB, PDC, RCDY Series Dry Type Electromagnetic Separator – Description

The RCDB series dry type electromagnetic separator (also known as the PDC series disc type or RCDY series) is an iron removal device designed to remove tramp iron from powdered or lump non-magnetic materials. It features an internally cast electrical resin construction with a self-cooling, fully sealed design. Characteristics include deep magnetic penetration, strong magnetic attraction, dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant construction, allowing reliable operation even in harsh environments.

The main performance indicators meet or exceed the requirements of the JB/T7689-95 standard. This product can remove ferromagnetic materials ranging from 0.1 kg to 35 kg mixed with non-magnetic materials.
