RCDC Series Air-Cooled Self-Discharging Electromagnetic Separator – Description

The RCDC series air-cooled self-discharging electromagnetic separator is based on the RCDA series air-cooled suspended electromagnetic separator, with the addition of a discharge mechanism consisting of a drive motor, rollers, and a discharge belt with a scraper. During operation, the discharge mechanism automatically throws ferromagnetic materials adsorbed onto the discharge belt into an iron collection box located outside the separator, eliminating the need for power-off manual cleaning and achieving fully automated iron removal.

This series is widely used in steel plants and cement plants for slag iron removal and for protecting critical equipment such as roller presses, vertical mills, and crushers.
