Low-speed operation with variable speed control via an adjustable-speed motor ensures that material conveying is synchronized with kiln discharge.

Capable of handling material conveying at inclines of up to 30 degrees. A compact one-way braking device prevents material backflow when stopped.

The trough-type chain bucket, made of 16 manganese steel, is connected by ring chains and driven by idler rollers. It features low wear, high temperature resistance, and high load capacity, requiring no maintenance for three years under normal operation.
