The DEL and DEM series weigh feeders are automated equipment designed for continuous quantitative feeding of bulk materials. They are widely used in batching systems and process flows in industries such as cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and grain. These series use variable frequency drive technology and real-time material flow detection via load cells to achieve accurate and stable quantitative feeding control, ensuring precise batching ratios and improving product quality.
DEL Series Weigh Feeder: Standard quantitative feeding equipment suitable for continuous quantitative conveying and batching control of powder and granular materials
DEM Series Weigh Feeder: Modular design with compact structure — easy installation and maintenance — suitable for quantitative feeding under various operating conditions
High Weighing Accuracy: Uses high-precision load cells and digital display instruments — high metering accuracy — good stability
Wide Speed Adjustment Range: Variable frequency drive control — large speed adjustment ratio — adapts to different feed rate requirements
Smooth Operation: Belt tensioning device and anti-deviation design — smooth and reliable operation
Reasonable Structure: Compact overall structure — easy installation and maintenance — small footprint
Strong Adaptability: Suitable for quantitative feeding of powder, granular, small lump, and various other materials
High Automation: Can be connected to host computer systems for centralized control and data management
Material enters the feeder through the inlet and is transported to the outlet by the belt. Load cells continuously detect the material weight, while a speed sensor detects the belt speed. The control system automatically adjusts the belt speed based on the preset feed rate to maintain consistency between the actual feed rate and the set value, achieving closed-loop quantitative feeding.
Cement Industry: Raw meal batching, cement batching, additive batching
Building Materials Industry: Quantitative feeding of limestone, gypsum, slag, and other materials
Metallurgical Industry: Batching control of iron powder, ore powder, coke powder, etc.
Chemical Industry: Quantitative dosing of fertilizers, pigments, catalysts, etc.
Grain Industry: Quantitative conveying of grains, soybean meal, feed, etc.
