The DEM/DEL quantitative feeder is a new generation product manufactured by our company using technology imported from Schenck (Germany). It features high metering and control accuracy as well as stable performance. Its rational and optimized design enables operation under harsh working conditions. By adopting corresponding structures and hopper types according to specific situations, it economically solves many difficulties in material feeding. It is widely used for quantitative conveying of granular materials in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, steel, chemical, coal, and ceramics.
Weighing Unit Composition:
The DEM/DEL variable frequency speed control quantitative feeder mainly consists of a belt feeder and a weighing device.
(1) Variable Frequency Speed Control Quantitative Feeder: Conveyor support, endless skirt belt with no splice, variable frequency speed control motor, frequency converter, etc.
(2) Electronic Weighing Device: Includes industrial microcomputer, speed sensor, and high-precision load cell.

Plow scraper clears debris from the lower belt to prevent damage to the belt from debris between the belt and rollers
Scrapers on both inner and outer sides of the belt prevent material buildup and belt weight changes
Belt replacement is easy without assistance, simplifying maintenance
Drive and driven rollers use self-aligning bearings, making installation and adjustment very convenient
Actual feeding accuracy for various bulk materials is better than ±0.5% of the set feed rate

Roller center distance: 1000mm to 8000mm; plug-in system allows dimensions to be customized according to user requirements

Weighing frame uses high-strength rectangular tubes, offering high rigidity and good stability
Shaft-mounted gear motor features low vibration and high stability

Automatic belt tracking device prevents production interruptions caused by belt misalignment
Special structure weighing idler with high-precision bearings features low radial runout, smooth rotation, and high stability
Lightweight belt or polyester belt offers good flexibility and low scale body tare weight
Speed measuring device is mounted on the driven roller for accurate speed tracking
For lower flow rates, a stepper motor drive can be used, offering accurate speed tracking and low vibration
