DZ Series Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
The DZ Series Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder is a new type of feeding equipment that uses an electromagnetic vibrator to drive the trough for uniform and quantitative material feeding. Utilizing the resonance principle of mechanical vibration, the dual-mass system operates under low critical near-resonance conditions, featuring low energy consumption, high feeding accuracy, and fast response speed.
The equipment mainly consists of a feeding trough, an electromagnetic vibrator, vibration isolation devices, and a control box. The electromagnetic vibrator generates high-frequency electromagnetic pulses, driving the trough to perform periodic linear reciprocating vibrations along an inclined direction. The material in the trough moves in a micro-throwing motion, continuously jumping forward along a parabolic trajectory, achieving uniform and continuous feeding. By adjusting the thyristor firing angle, the feeding rate can be conveniently and steplessly adjusted, enabling centralized control and automatic control of the production process.
This series is available in two structural types: Basic Type for conventional operating conditions and Sealed Type for applications with higher dust-proof requirements. The feeding capacity range is wide (0–560 t/h), capable of handling lump, granular, and powder materials with particle sizes up to 300mm. Main technical parameters include: double amplitude of 1.75mm, power range of 0.06–5.5kW, voltage of 220V/380V, and assort XKZ series control cabinets.
The equipment features a simple structure, no rotating parts, no need for lubrication, easy installation, convenient maintenance, and low operating costs. As the material is continuously thrown up during the feeding process, trough wear is minimal, ensuring long service life.
Application Range: Widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, chemical, electric power, machinery, building materials, light industry, grain, and other industries for uniformly, continuously, and quantitatively feeding lump, granular, and powder materials from storage bins or hoppers to receiving equipment. Particularly suitable for applications requiring high feeding accuracy such as automatic batching, quantitative packaging, and production process automation.
Note: This series of electromagnetic vibrating feeders is not suitable for applications requiring explosion protection.
