Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
The electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a device that uses an electromagnetic vibrator to drive the trough for uniform and quantitative material feeding, widely used for automatic batching and feeding control of bulk materials.
The equipment mainly consists of a trough, an electromagnetic vibrator, vibration isolation devices, and a control box. The electromagnetic vibrator generates high-frequency electromagnetic pulses, causing the trough to produce directional vibrations. The material in the trough moves in a micro-throwing motion, sliding or being thrown along a fixed direction, achieving uniform and continuous feeding. By adjusting the input voltage or current to the electromagnetic vibrator, the feeding rate can be steplessly adjusted with high control precision and fast response.
The equipment features a simple structure, no rotating parts, no lubrication points, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. The fully enclosed or semi-enclosed trough design reduces dust leakage, adapting to dusty, humid, and other harsh conditions. The feeding capacity range is wide (0–1000 t/h), and explosion-proof controllers are available for applications requiring explosion protection in industries such as chemicals and coal.
Typical Applications:
Mining & Metallurgy: quantitative feeding of ores, mineral powders, concentrates
Building Materials & Cement: batching feeding of limestone, clay, gypsum, clinker
Chemical Industry: quantitative dosing of fertilizers, plastic pellets, chemical raw materials
Coal Industry: feeding control of raw coal, cleaned coal, coal powder
Grain Industry: quantitative conveying of grains, beans, feed
Environmental Protection: feeding control for waste incineration, sludge treatment
