JDS Series Electric, Manual, Single-Side, Double-Side Plow Feeder / Plow Discharger – Brief Description:

1. The JDS series plow feeder (available in electric, manual, single-side, double-side, and side-mounted actuator configurations) is a new type of discharging device for belt conveyors. It has been designed by our company based on imported foreign technology, combined with user feedback and improvement suggestions regarding existing plow feeders on the domestic market.

2. Equipped with an EMA type electric actuator developed using imported foreign technology, the electric plow feeder features a floating double-plow blade design. During operation, the lower edges of both plow blades remain in constant close contact with the conveyor belt. This design provides wear compensation, ensuring clean discharging and reliable operation.

3. The JDS series plow feeder features a simple structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance, making it an ideal device to be used in conjunction with belt conveyors.

4. Auxiliary equipment used with the JDS series plow feeder includes a discharge hopper, etc. The interior of this hopper is lined with wear-resistant material, ensuring long service life.
