LJ Series Constant Speed Screw Metering Conveyor

The LJ Series Constant Speed Screw Metering Conveyor is a device for continuous conveying and metering of powdery, granular, and small lump materials, widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical, power, coal, grain, and food. This equipment adds metering functionality to conventional screw conveyors, enabling real-time material flow monitoring and quantitative feeding control during conveying.

The equipment is equivalent to ISO1050-75 standards, with design and manufacturing conforming to the ZBJ81005.1～2-88 professional standard for LJ screw conveyors. It mainly consists of a screw conveying body, drive unit (gear motor), inlet/outlet ports, and optional speed sensors. During operation, material enters the housing through the inlet, and the rotating screw blades push the material forward toward the outlet. The equipment operates at a constant speed, achieving indirect material flow metering by detecting the material volume pushed per unit time, combined with screw filling rate and volumetric efficiency.

1. Simple structure, easy maintenance: No rotating parts, no lubrication required; bearings at both ends of the screw shaft are located outside the housing, reducing dust intrusion and extending component life

2. Good sealing: Housing made of seamless steel tube with flanged end connections, providing good rigidity and effective leakage prevention

3. Wide adaptability: Broad conveying capacity range, screw diameters from 100mm to 1250mm (12 specifications), maximum single-drive length up to 40m, double-drive up to 80m

4. Flexible configuration: Optional speed alarm devices, flexible inlet/outlet port positioning, and optional electric discharge ports for automatic control

The equipment typically operates at ambient temperatures of -20 to 40°C, handling materials at -20 to 80°C. It is suitable for horizontal or low-angle installation (inclination not exceeding 15°). Not suitable for easily spoiled, highly viscous, or easily caking materials.
