LS / GX Series Screw Conveyor

The LS screw conveyor is widely used in various industries such as building materials, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, coal, and grain. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular, and small lump materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, and grain, with material temperatures below 200°C. The screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying easily perishable, highly viscous, or easily caking materials.

The LS screw conveyor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T7679-95 "Screw Conveyor" standard and is the replacement product for the GX series screw conveyor. The head and tail bearings are relocated outside the housing. The hanging bearings use plain bearings with dust-sealing devices. The bearing bushes are generally made of powder metallurgy, while felt bearing bushes are used for cement conveying. The hanging shaft and screw shaft are connected by a sliding joint. When disassembling the screw, the drive unit does not need to be moved. When disassembling the hanging bearing, the screw shaft does not need to be moved, and the hanging bearing can be lubricated without removing the cover plate. The entire machine features high reliability, long service life, strong applicability, and easy installation and maintenance.

The LS screw conveyor has a U-shaped trough with screw diameters ranging from 100mm to 1250mm, covering eleven specifications, available in single-drive and double-drive types. The single-drive screw conveyor can reach a length of up to 35m, with the LS1000 and LS1250 models having a length of 30m. The intermediate hanging bearings of the screw conveyor adopt interchangeable rolling and sliding bearing structures, featuring low resistance, strong sealing, and good wear resistance.
