Working Principle: Within a complete T-cycle, the computer first controls DZ1 to complete feeding within time t1 based on the set discharge value, followed by a stabilization period t2. During the discharge time t3, DZ2 operates to deliver material continuously and stably, ensuring that exactly the set material amount is discharged by the end of t3. After a stabilization period t4, the weight is measured. The difference between the measured values at the end of feeding and the end of discharging is calculated, which gives the actual discharge value for this cycle (static measured value). This discharge value is then compared with the set value, and the error is automatically transferred to the next cycle for compensation. This product is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical, and electric power.
