Product Overview
The YCW series water-free discharge recovery machine is a new type of product developed by our company based on international experience. The magnetic system consists of a set of magnetic rings formed by externally exposed magnetic blocks arranged at specific intervals. This magnetic system acts directly on magnetic materials, providing high magnetic field intensity and a large field gradient, with a recovery rate of up to 85%–95%. The use of V-shaped scrapers, combined with the self-weight of the magnetic materials, enables single-pass discharge with little or no water. This machine is widely used for the recovery and utilization of magnetic materials from waste slurries discharged by processing plants, coal preparation plants, steel plants (steel slag), sintering plants, and other facilities in industries such as metallurgy, mining, non-ferrous metals, gold, building materials, power, and coal.

Product Overview
The permanent magnetic roll consists of a drive shaft, end plates, magnetic isolation plates, magnetic rings, and other components. The magnetic roll features a simple structure with good rigidity and is virtually immune to damage, offering a service life comparable to that of the permanent magnetic material itself — very durable. The roll is fully magnetic. In dry separators, it works with a driven roll for belt-type mineral separation. The fully magnetic design allows the mineral to come into almost direct contact with the magnetic source. Combined with the belt's load-carrying capacity, this enables the roll to handle a wide range of particle sizes in mineral separation. The ring magnets provide strong magnetic performance, with a magnetic field intensity of over 13,000 GS on a 150mm diameter roll, making it a key component for processing weakly magnetic ores and recovering tailings.
Technical Parameters
Product Overview
This machine is suitable for separating magnetic minerals with particle sizes ranging from 0.04 to 0.60 mm. The primary magnetic separation drum provides a relatively lower magnetic field intensity but with greater depth of field, effectively reducing magnetic agglomeration and improving concentrate grade. The secondary magnetic separation drum uses medium to high magnetic field intensity to perform a second separation on the concentrate or tailings from the primary separator, further improving concentrate grade or reducing tailings grade, meeting user requirements for separation performance.
