Pressure-Resistant Weighting Feeder

The Pressure-Resistant Weighing Feeder is a fully enclosed, pressure-resistant, dynamic weighing and metering coal feeding device specifically designed for the pulverized coal preparation system of coal-fired boilers in thermal power plants. It can operate safely in a positive pressure environment of up to 0.35 MPa, achieving continuous, uniform, and quantitative coal conveying with real-time metering.

This equipment integrates conveying, metering, and control into one system: after coal falls from the bunker onto the feeder belt, high-precision load cells detect the material weight in real time, while a speed sensor monitors belt speed. The controller calculates the instantaneous flow rate and total accumulated amount, interlocking with the boiler combustion control system (DCS) and adjusting belt speed via a variable frequency drive to achieve closed-loop quantitative feeding.

The equipment features a pressure-resistant cylindrical or rectangular fully enclosed housing, equipped with multiple sealing structures, high-temperature isolation gates, cleaning devices, and an automatic belt tracking system. It effectively prevents coal dust leakage and hot air backflow, and can operate in harsh environments with temperatures up to 80°C. Metering accuracy can reach ±0.5%, with conveying capacity ranging from 0.05 to 1000 t/h.
