The circular vibrating screen operates by means of an eccentric vibrator or exciter mounted on the screen box. The vibration exciter generates a circular motion, causing the screen box to vibrate continuously. Material fed onto the screen deck is thrown upward and moves forward along the screen surface, with particles smaller than the mesh size passing through while larger particles are discharged at the end.
