The variable speed weighing belt feeder is a continuous weighing and metering device designed for accurate measurement and control of bulk material flow rates. Working Principle

Material is fed onto the belt conveyor through a hopper or pre-feeder. The control system calculates the real-time material flow rate (flow rate = weight per unit length × belt speed) and automatically adjusts the belt speed via a variable frequency drive to match the preset feed rate, achieving closed-loop control.
