Product Overview

The vibrating screen is a screening equipment widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical, food, and other industries. It is used for classification, dewatering, desliming, and impurity removal of granular, powder, and lump materials. The vibration generated by the exciter causes the material to move on the screen surface. Particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen as undersize material, while larger particles are discharged from the opposite end, achieving separation by particle size.

Working Principle

The vibrating screen uses a vibration motor or exciter as the vibration source, causing the screen box to vibrate periodically. Material enters from the feed end onto the screen surface. Under the action of the screen surface motion, the material layer is thrown up and moves forward in a jumping motion. During this process, particles smaller than the mesh size fall through the screen as undersize product, while particles larger than the mesh size are discharged from the discharge end, completing the screening operation.
