The fluid pipeline magnet separator / magnetic filter is particularly suitable for removing ferromagnetic impurities from fluids or slurry materials, thereby improving product quality, ensuring safe production, and guaranteeing equipment operation.

It features strong permanent magnetic materials internally, with a surface magnetic field exceeding 12,000 Gauss. It meets the hygiene requirements for food and pharmaceutical applications, with standard magnetic rod specifications of Φ 25 mm. The external casing is made of 304/316 stainless steel and can withstand an operating pressure of 10 standard atmospheres. Connections are available in flange, quick-clamp, threaded, and other forms for easy installation. Standard specifications (filter housing diameter × inlet/outlet diameter) are: Φ 150×25/32/40/50/65 mm, Φ 200×50/65/80/100 mm, Φ 250×80/100/125/150 mm, and Φ 300×125/150/200 mm.
