Selection Guidelines

1. Material Temperature: When the temperature of the material to be lifted is below 100°C, please select a standard-temperature lifting electromagnet. If the temperature exceeds 100°C, please select a high-temperature lifting electromagnet. If the temperature exceeds 600°C, please select an ultra-high-temperature lifting electromagnet.

2. Duty Cycle: When the duty cycle exceeds 60%, please select a high-frequency lifting electromagnet.

3. Underwater Operation: When lifting materials in water, please select a submersible type (maximum submersible depth: 100m). The parameters of submersible lifting electromagnets are the same as those of standard-temperature types. If a submersible type is required, please specify when placing the order.

4. Ambient Temperature: Standard-temperature type: -5°C to 40°C; High-temperature type: -5°C to 50°C. Altitude should not exceed 2000m.

5. Equipment Matching: For single-unit operation, select the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary devices based on the power consumption (current) of the unit. For multiple-unit operation, select based on the sum of the power consumption (current) of all units in use.
