The GJT-1F series metal detector uses a modular differential transformer-type sensor. The circuit design incorporates advanced metal detection technology, including digital phase shifting and correlation detection. It offers stable and reliable performance, high detection sensitivity, strong material suppression characteristics, and excellent anti-interference capability. This product is mainly used in industries such as thermal power generation, cement, building materials, papermaking, mining, food, and chemicals for detecting various metal contaminants mixed in raw materials. It utilizes the induced signal generated when metal enters the sensor's electromagnetic field, which is then processed by a signal amplification circuit to drive an actuator, thereby detecting and removing harmful metals.

When the amplitude of the belt conveyor frame is less than 0.5 mm, the detector can be installed directly on the conveyor frame. If the amplitude exceeds 0.5 mm, a separate mounting bracket should be used for installation.
The input voltage for this unit is AC 220V ± 10V. If the power supply voltage exceeds this range, a voltage regulator should be used. If the above two parameters exceed the specified values, the metal detector may malfunction and affect normal equipment operation.
