GJT-2F Series Metal Detector – Description

The GJT-2F series metal detector is a newly developed model specifically designed for detecting metal in belt conveying systems handling magnetic materials (such as ferrous and non-ferrous metal mines, iron works, sintering plants, etc.). It effectively suppresses the "material effect" caused by magnetic minerals with a grade of up to 70%. When harmful metals in the material pass through the sensor, the metal detector triggers an alarm and provides a control signal. The signal is processed electronically to activate an actuator (such as an electromagnet or motor switch) to remove the harmful metal. Manual removal is also possible. The sensor features a window-type, detachable structure at one end, allowing installation without cutting the conveyor belt. This model is also suitable for detecting metal in non-magnetic material conveying systems.
