The CTG series dry drum magnetic separator is a magnetic separation device designed for extracting iron powder from river sand and for enriching crushed, low-grade ores. Various complete dry separation equipment sets can also be designed and manufactured based on user requirements.

Technical Features

• Drum Construction: The separation drum is made of stainless steel and covered with a wear-resistant stainless steel protective layer on the surface. This design not only facilitates separation but also allows for easy replacement and provides a long service life.

• Magnetic System: The magnetic system features multiple magnetic poles with a large wrap angle. NdFeB is used as the magnetic source, providing high magnetic field intensity and a large gradient, resulting in good separation performance and favorable conditions for recovering low-grade minerals.

• Drive System: The drive system uses either a variable frequency drive or an electromagnetic speed control motor. The linear speed of the separation drum is adjustable, allowing for the separation and extraction of various minerals.
