To improve coal washing efficiency, reduce coal washing costs, and increase medium recovery rate, we have adopted advanced manufacturing processes and ingeniously designed the corresponding structure within the separation equipment to generate a reasonable slurry flow direction. The tank is equipped with分级梯 (classification steps), which enhances the agitation effect, making the magnetic separator tank more suitable for medium recovery and slurry flow. The well-dispersed magnetic materials and optimized magnetic circuit design generate more magnetic flux and a higher angular gradient within the scavenging zone of the tank, resulting in greater attraction to magnetic medium particles. At the same time, the magnetic energy is concentrated within the medium flow layer without being wasted outside the tank, allowing for faster separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials and achieving a higher medium recovery rate.
