The dry powder permanent magnetic separator is a magnetic separation device specifically designed for dry powder materials. Using high-performance rare earth permanent magnetic material (NdFeB) as the magnetic source, it generates a strong magnetic field without the need for excitation power. This equipment is used for continuous, automatic separation of ferromagnetic impurities from dry powder materials. Working Principle

Dry powder material is evenly fed into the magnetic separation zone by a vibrating feeder. As the material flows past the rotating permanent magnetic drum, ferromagnetic impurities are attracted to the drum surface by the strong magnetic field. Non-magnetic material falls by gravity and is discharged through the concentrate outlet. Iron impurities attracted to the drum surface rotate with the drum to the non-magnetic zone, where they automatically detach and are discharged through the iron outlet, completing the continuous iron removal process.
