Overview

1. The RCYP series permanent magnetic separator consists of the separator body, chain, sprocket, discharge scraper, handle, and other components. To discharge iron impurities, simply turn the handle to scrape them off, eliminating the manual effort of removing iron contaminants by hand.

2. The magnetic circuit is designed using computer simulation, featuring an optimized dual-magnetic-pole structure.

3. Constructed with high-performance Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB) material, offering high coercivity, high magnetic field intensity, large gradient, and strong attraction force.
