RCT(RCTG) Series Permanent Magnetic Drum – Description

The RCT(RCTG) series permanent magnetic drum, also known as a magnetic pulley or dry-type coarse magnetic separator, features a composite magnetic system constructed with high-performance hard magnetic materials. It offers high magnetic field intensity, deep magnetic field penetration, simple construction, convenient operation, maintenance-free service, no power consumption, and no demagnetization over years of use. This unit is suitable for iron recovery applications in industries such as cement, magnetic separation, mining, steel, chemicals, refractories, and waste treatment. It can be used as a replacement for the drive pulley on DT-75 and AD-80 series standard stationary belt conveyors, or integrated with custom-designed belt conveyors.
