RCYB Series Suspended Permanent Magnetic Separator – Description

The RCYB series suspended permanent magnetic separator features a composite magnetic system constructed with high-coercivity, high-remanence special permanent magnetic materials, including Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB). This design offers maintenance-free operation, strong magnetic force, long service life, simple installation, convenient use, and reliable performance. It is suitable for removing ferromagnetic impurities from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, electromagnetic vibrating feeders, and discharge chutes. The unit removes ferromagnetic materials ranging from 0.1 kg to 35 kg, with an internal permanent magnetic system service life exceeding 10 years. All technical specifications comply with the JB/T8711-1998 standard.

When a significant amount of ferromagnetic material has been captured on the permanent magnet surface, manual cleaning is performed using a non-magnetic scraper or by removing with gloved hands. This unit is suitable for continuous operation in applications with relatively low iron content.
