The RCYG series fine iron remover is a high-technology product meticulously developed by our technical team. Its mechanical structure, combined with a high-gradient, high-intensity magnetic field, makes it particularly suitable for removing iron contaminants from materials in industries such as coal mining, refractories, ceramics, chemicals, cement, building materials, and grain processing. It contributes to product purification and protects normal equipment operation. Notably, it is highly effective in removing spherical iron pieces and fine iron contaminants that are difficult for conventional iron removers to eliminate — such as small nuts, fine screws, and small steel balls. This makes it the preferred iron removal equipment for applications with high purification requirements.
Working Principle: As material passes through the fine iron remover via the feed chute, a分流板 (distribution plate) at the front evenly spreads and thins the material layer. The material then enters the shaping zone, where iron contaminants are redirected toward the vertical plate, reducing resistance caused by the material layer. As the material carries the iron contaminants forward into the high-intensity adsorption zone, the iron is captured and rotates with the outer shell to the rear area. There, relying on gravity and centrifugal force, the iron is released from the strong magnetic field, completing the iron removal process.
