Removal of weakly magnetic oxides, scale, rust, and other contaminants from fine powder materials. Suitable for purification processes in non-metallic minerals (ceramics, glass, refractories), pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and other industries.
Technical Features
Simple Connection: The main unit vibrates during operation. Material input and output can be connected using flexible hoses or fabric sleeves.
Handles Difficult-to-Flow Fine Materials: Under the action of a vibratory motor, materials smaller than 200 microns or with high moisture content can pass uniformly through the screen.
High-Temperature Material Processing: Standard models can process materials up to 70°C. Special models are available for higher temperature applications.
Easy Installation: The unit can be installed in any orientation as long as the mounting bracket is secure.
Convenient Magnetic Screen Cleaning: A tray placed at the material outlet collects separated contaminants. Power is turned off to demagnetize the screen, making cleaning easy.
Clean Separation: Base material never enters the separation chamber.
