Product Overview

The electric semi-magnetic drum iron remover is designed to remove ferromagnetic impurities from powders, granules, and flaky materials. It is particularly suitable for rapid, automated sorting and purification of large-volume materials, helping to improve product quality, ensure safe production, and protect downstream equipment.

Technical Features

• Semi-Magnetic Drum Design: The magnetic core inside the unit is vertically divided into two halves — a magnetized zone and a demagnetized zone. The core is enclosed by a stainless steel drum driven by an electric motor.

• Automatic Iron Discharge: As the drum rotates into the demagnetized zone of the magnetic core, captured iron contaminants automatically fall into the discharge outlet. No manual cleaning is required during operation.

• Adjustable Speed & Angle: Drum rotation speed can be adjusted via a gearbox, and the tilt angle of the unit is also adjustable.

• Magnetic Performance: Surface magnetic field strength of the drum is approximately 5000 Gauss.

• Standard Core Size: Magnetic core diameter up to Φ 400 mm.

• User-Friendly Design: Scientifically and reasonably designed to ensure optimal magnetic strength while facilitating easy integration with existing processing systems.
