Magnetic rods and magnetic grates are widely used across various production lines to remove ferromagnetic impurities from materials. Round or square magnetic rods can be designed and manufactured in different diameters, lengths, and temperature ratings to suit specific application requirements.

Technical Features

• High-Intensity Magnetic Material: Internal magnetic assembly uses strong permanent magnetic materials, achieving a surface magnetic field strength of over 12,000 Gauss.

• Standard Magnetic Rod Diameter: Φ 25 mm

• High-Quality Exterior: Seamless stainless steel tube construction with a polished, bright finish. No internal leakage or surface pits. Meets sanitary standards for food and pharmaceutical applications.

• Flexible Mounting Options: Rod ends can be designed with pointed tips, threaded holes (M6, M8, M10, M12, etc.), threaded studs, or lifting eyelets for easy installation. Single-side or double-side mounting available.

• Wide Temperature Range: Standard rods operate from ambient temperature up to 350°C. As magnetic performance is sensitive to temperature, customers are advised to confirm operating temperatures when ordering.

• Custom Magnetic Grates: Custom designs available. Square or round magnetic grates can be equipped with baffle plates or guide rods to optimize material flow and separation efficiency.
